Yes. VIP Club is not an insurance plan. The VIP Club focusses on preventative and ongoing care to help your pet live a happy, healthy life, while making veterinary treatment affordable, convenient and easy for you to manage. Pet insurance, on the other hand, provides financial support for unforeseen circumstances such as illness and accidents. We strongly advise that all pet owners purchase a pet insurance plan separately.
If you cancel your direct debit before the end of the 12 month period, the full balance becomes due for all goods and services within your plan.
No, this package is optional and pets over 8 years old are able to join/remain on the standard dog plan. However, we do recommend that where possible, older pets are placed on the 8+ plan in order to receive free regular blood screening and blood pressure monitoring to aid in early detection of any underlying problems that can happen with age.
Yes, all consultations are free but you will still be charged for medication, internal and external laboratory testing, investigations and medical ad surgical treatment fees but many chronic medications will receive a 10% discount.
No, out-of-hours consultations will be charged at the standard rate.
