COVID-19 Safety Measures

During these challenging times we have made some changes to the way we provide our service in order to protect our clients, our local community and our team.

To enable us to continue to provide our services for your pets in the safest way possible we have put a number of new policies in place to minimise contact:

We cannot allow clients to enter the practise with their pets.
If you are coming to see us please park in our free car park (or wait outside if on foot) and either call reception to inform them you have arrived or ring the doorbell and wait for a member of the team to come outside and greet you.
Your Vet will either call your mobile to discuss your pets needs or come outside to speak with you before taking your pet into the clinic.
Where possible please santise leads/cat boxes etc before handing over to our team.
Contactless payments will be taken over the phone.
Where applicable, any forms will be sent via email instead of on printed paper.
